The Path of Formation

Instill Catholic virtues through faith-based activities and reflection.

Develop resilience and problem-solving skills through challenges and outdoor education.

A. Trail Sprouts (Kinder – Grade 1):

  1. Kindness Bud – Shows Care for peers to nurture Fairness and Service

  2. Prayer Pal – Participates in group prayer to strengthen Faith and Openness

  3. Helping Hands – Volunteers to help and show Service

  4. Nature Friend – Cares for Plants/animals and Cultivate Resilience

 

B. Junior Trailblazers (Grade 2 – Grade 4)

  1. Team Player – Join group activities well to Facilitate Leadership and Fairness

  2. Earth Keeper – Participates in clean-up drive to develop Service and Resilience

  3. Faith Sharer – Shares prayers or insights to inspire Openness and Faith

  4. Kindness Crusader – Notices and Acts on Needs to nurture Fairness and Service

 

C. Senior Trailblazer (Grade 5 – Grade 6)

  1. Problem Solver – Completes teamwork challenge to strengthen Resilience

  2. Digital Citizen – Leads discussion on online ethics to catalyze Openness and Leadership

  3. Resilience Rock – Writes about challenge faced to cultivate Resilience

  4. Community Helper – Organizes simple aid to advocate for Service

 

D. Pathfinder Leaders (Grade 7 – Grade 10)

  1. Leadership Light – Leads per activity to Facilitate Leadership

  2. Service Star- Designs and Implements Project to foster Service

  3. Faith Messenger – Reflects in prayer session to show Faith

  4. Conflict Resolver – Mediates Conflict to promote Fairness

 

E. Flame bearers (Grade 11 – Grade 12)

  1. Strategic Leader – Designs School-wide campaign to foster Leadership and Excellence

  2. Mentor’s Mark – Guides Juniors to promote Service and Leadership

  3. Community Champion – Community service impact to promote Service and Fairness

  4. Faith Ambassador – Leads prayer/retreat to foster Faith and Openness
